Return and Buy-back Policy

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all bell and brass metal item(s) you bought it from our store or from a different store-

If you received a Damaged/Defective/faulty item-

Damaged/Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received within 15 days of delivery of the item(s). Items purchased online can be returned by post. We will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online if any) with the shipping cost using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back. Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned. 

If you change your mind-

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us and if the items has not been shipped, you can cancel the order. Upon receiving cancel order, we will refund to you using the original payment method within 5-7 business day.

Buy-back/Return old/damaged/broken item(s) made of bell metal-

We accept all kind of bell metal item which has been broken or old enough to use. You just need to courier the item(s) to our store address. Upon receiving the same, we will verify the item and measure weight. After verification we will deposit raw material price for the item(s) you have send.
